Are you passionate about preparing children for kindergarten while making learning exciting, meaningful, and fun? Celebree School of Northbrook is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Full-Time Pre-K Lead Teacher to inspire our oldest learners as they prepare for their next big milestone.
Our Pre-K classroom focuses on building confidence, independence, creativity, and a strong academic foundation through hands-on learning, exploration, and play. We're looking for a teacher who loves watching children grow and is excited to make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons using Celebree's curriculum.
- Prepare children for kindergarten by fostering early literacy, math, science, social-emotional, and problem-solving skills.
- Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Observe children's progress and communicate regularly with families.
- Partner with your teaching assistant and leadership team to create an exceptional classroom experience.
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom while meeting Illinois DCFS licensing standards.

Qualifications
- Must meet Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications (or be eligible).
- Previous experience teaching in a Preschool or Pre-K classroom preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for preparing young learners for kindergarten success.
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
