Job Summary
As a Preschool Teacher at Celebree School™, you’ll create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, learning, and play. You’ll lead developmentally appropriate activities, support children’s growth, and help guide classroom aides as they build skills and confidence.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that support developmental milestones
- Foster a warm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe and valued
- Support early language and literacy through conversation, reading, and storytelling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication
Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by DCFS.
- This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
