Celebree School of Warrington is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Young/Older Toddler classroom. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. If you love working with young children and know how to create a safe, nurturing, engaging classroom, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for
We’re especially interested in teachers who bring strong early childhood experience, sound classroom leadership, and a passion for helping toddlers learn and grow.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Experience teaching or assisting in a licensed early childhood program preferred
- Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children
- Ability to create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Ability to meet all local child care licensing requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child safety, daily care, and emergency situations
- For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, the ability to safely lift infants into and out of a crib
What you’ll do
- Lead the daily classroom experience for a group of children
- Supervise children to support a safe and positive learning environment
- Follow all school policies and child care health and safety regulations
- Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress
- Implement approved lesson plans and classroom schedules aligned to Celebree standards
- Partner with leadership on parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming classroom
- Support children with clear expectations, positive guidance, and encouragement
- Help maintain classroom, shared spaces, and playground areas
- Attend required staff meetings, trainings, workshops, and school events
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with the employee handbook
- Support additional school needs as assigned by the Director or designee

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
