Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive student behavior
- Provide support to students with special education needs or learning disabilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child welfare principles and practices
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to educate and engage students of different age groups
- Proficient in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles for toddler care, preschool, or daycare settings

Qualifications:
- 90-hour teaching certification in school -age; Infant/Toddler or Preschool.
- CPR/First aid certified.

- 9-hour communications certification.
- Previous experience as a School Teacher or in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.71 per hour
